Rabu:
Squat, leg press, Shoulder, Biceps, abs workout, Cardio HIIT
Khamis:
Deadlift, pull up ( Machine ), abs workout, Biceps, Cardio HIIT.
Jumaat:
Rest day, Reason Jumaat rest day... selain hari Jumaat, ia juga sebab kaki aku akan lemah sebab 2 hari lalu buat leg press. Hahahaha
Sabtu
Bench Press ( flat and Incline ), Squat, Fly Chess ( Machine ), abs workout, Cardio HIIT
Ahad
Rest day. Balik rumah emak dan makan banyak-banyak.
